Delete my account

You can delete your Lapiloop account and your data yourself, at any time, in the iPhone app.

In the app

1. Open the Lapiloop app on your iPhone and sign in.
2. Tap Profile, then “Delete my account”.
3. Type SUPPRIMER to confirm.

What happens next

• Your account is deactivated right away: your profile, your photos and your name are no longer publicly visible.
• For 30 days, you can change your mind: sign in again in the app and tap “Cancel the deletion”.
• After 30 days, your account, your profile and your unused takes are erased. Videos already published are not re-edited; your name in them is replaced with “Musicien·ne retiré·e” (retired musician).

No longer have access to the app or your account?

Write to data@lapiloop.com from the address linked to your account. We check that the request really comes from you, then we delete the account for you, within 30 days at most.
